Eilar, who has more than 35 years of experience in conducting acoustical investigations, environmental impact analyses, and site assessments.  Our team of consulting engineers, scientists and construction specialists enables the firm to provide full service to our customers.  We also have strategic alliances with several well-established firms in related environmental disciplines and make use of competent subcontractors in the environmental industry as needed.
